If I breach a rule on my Formed Funded account, am I still able to get a payout?

If you violate your Funded account with Formed Funded, but the initial balance is still in profit. We will honour the previous profits if your trades have met the following criteria: 

You have placed a Stop Loss on all of your trades

You did not lose more than 1% on any single given trade.
